Technical Support Services

ControlDoc can also assist you in maintaining and maximizing the performance of your EDM system.

• Pre-paid Technical Support Plan: 

Offers you online, over the phone or on-site support.  Save on the normal hourly rate by purchasing blocks of time, in advance.  You choose how and when to use your Pre-Paid hours.

• Per Incident Phone Technical Support:

ControlDoc also provides support over the phone on an as-needed basis.  Call our Tech Support number at (502) 589-0500 and we'll charge your credit card.

Technical support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.  Please have your contract number or credit card ready.
